How does the process progress from design through to project delivery?
From Idea to Project

Recording your project
Use the “Send Inquiry” button to submit your project details, including dimensions and specifications. Our team of technical designers will review the information to prepare a customized quote and a detailed project visualization. For additional guidance or questions, you can also contact our sales and design department directly.

Reviewing the Offer
We will review the quote together, highlighting how the Gablok system differs from conventional construction by integrating multiple trades, including insulation, HVAC, and electrical systems. Our team also identifies opportunities to optimize your project, as Gablok is highly flexible in its application. If needed, we will collaborate with you to refine specialist areas such as floor slabs, windows, HVAC, electrical systems, and roofing.

Placing Your Order
Once you have all the necessary information and are ready to proceed, we will provide a binding order confirmation with a fixed price. There are no hidden costs, and the Gablok kit will be manufactured and delivered according to your specifications.
After receiving your payment, we prepare the Gablok release plan, allowing you to review and confirm all dimensions and project details one final time. Once approved, production begins, and your project is typically delivered within 6-8 weeks. Trades such as windows and other components can be ordered immediately, as all dimensions are fully verified and accurate.

Assembly Instructions & Support
For every Gablok project, we provide customized assembly instructions in DIN A3 format, detailing each step of the build. Whether you choose self-assembly or professional installation, every stage is thoroughly documented.
Our trained staff are available to answer questions at any time, and a dedicated project freelancer will be assigned to support you throughout the process. We also coordinate transport and logistics according to on-site conditions, allowing assembly to proceed efficiently and at your own pace.
