Lumen Grove

Villa Lumen Grove is organized around a central garden patio that acts as the heart of the home, shaping both circulation and visual experience. A palette of wood, mineral finishes, and slim steel frames forms a harmonious modern facade, while the massing remains compact and refined.

Expansive windows and sculpted overhangs choreograph sunlight throughout the interior, generating soft contrasts between openness and privacy. Every room is carefully aligned to a curated exterior view, turning the villa into a series of immersive landscapes. The home is engineered using high-performance insulated blocks that reduce energy consumption and shorten construction time. Passive cooling, permeable surfaces, and high-efficiency heating systems contribute to the villa’s reduced environmental footprint.

A key challenge in the project was balancing large glazed surfaces with thermal performance requirements. Through calculated shading elements, optimized facade orientation, and advanced insulation techniques, the project achieves comfort while maintaining architectural transparency.
