Villa Equinox Edge

Villa Equinox Edge is envisioned as a bold modern home shaped by shifting light and shadow. Its linear architecture and refined material palette reflect a commitment to clarity, comfort, and environmental responsibility.

The villa is defined by elongated horizontal lines, deep cantilevers, and a restrained material palette that emphasizes purity of form. Wooden slats, dark metal accents, and transparent glazing combine to articulate a façade with depth and rhythm.

Inside, the floor plan is organized to maximize openness, with a living core that visually connects to the yard on three sides. Clear axial alignments, double-height voids, and sculpted corridors create a refined architectural sequence that feels both expansive and intimate.

The home employs a high-performance insulated block system ensuring excellent thermal stability, reduced energy consumption, and a highly airtight envelope. Solar-ready roof geometry, natural shading devices, and low-energy installations contribute to the sustainability goals.

The main challenge was incorporating strong cantilevered forms without compromising the lightweight modular structure. Through precise structural coordination and integrated load-transfer details, the project succeeds in delivering both expressive architecture and technical reliability.
