Villa Terra Weave is a warm, contemporary home that blends modern architecture with grounded, natural textures. Its design celebrates outdoor living and a seamless flow between the interior and the surrounding landscape.
The villa’s form is shaped by interlocking volumes that weave together moments of openness, shelter, and extended sightlines. Wooden façades combine with slender metal profiles to give the architecture a lightweight, crafted appearance. Large sliding doors dissolve the threshold between interior and exterior, allowing the garden to become a natural extension of the living spaces.
Interior zones are arranged with a clear spatial hierarchy, offering a balanced composition of communal areas and private retreats. The overall architectural vision is one of balance, warmth, and timeless simplicity.
The project integrates eco-friendly construction technologies, including Gablok’s insulated block system which minimizes thermal bridges and reduces operational energy. Rainwater collection systems, low-VOC materials, and smart energy management contribute to a healthier, more efficient home.
One of the project’s main challenges involved creating broad structural openings facing the yard while ensuring the building envelope remained airtight and energy efficient. This was overcome through precision-engineered components and optimized detailing in key façade joints.
