The residential project, designed and executed by Gablok, has now entered the foundation phase, marking a key milestone in the construction process. At this stage, site preparation and groundwork are being coordinated to ensure optimal load transfer, soil stability, and long-term structural performance in line with EU building standards.

Once the foundation works are completed and approved, the prefabricated Gablok structural system will be deployed, allowing for a highly efficient and precisely engineered construction sequence. Based on current planning, the full structural shell of the house is expected to be completed within eight weeks, after which the project will be ready to proceed to finishing and interior works.

The project’s location offers a unique combination of landscape openness, low-density residential character, and strong environmental context, which has directly informed both the architectural design and construction strategy. The Gablok system is particularly well-suited to this setting, enabling rapid assembly, high thermal performance, and reduced on-site waste while maintaining architectural flexibility. From an architectural and civil engineering perspective, the integration of foundation design, structural logic, and energy-efficient construction methods ensures a durable, sustainable, and future-proof home that responds to both local conditions and contemporary housing standards.
